FORA Telehealth Gateway

The Telehealth Gateway device enables users to upload measurement data from any meter to the FORA cloud-based telemonitoring platform. By connecting the measuring device via Bluetooth, the Gateway allows for easy and seamless transmission. Performimg a self-test using any of the ForaCare devices, measurements are automatically uploaded to the Gateway. Clinicians, patients, and family members alike are then able to view and track the patient’s results and overall status via the FORA 24/7 HealthView telemonitoring platform.
