The FORA® Mobile Care Station is a connected system that, via five (5) electronic devices measures and records blood glucose, blood pressure, temperature, weight pulse and oxygen saturation. The five (5) electronic devices are arranged on one roller cart for portability and ease of access. Vital sign measurements are wirelessly transmitted to the iFORA CS app, located on the tablet (attached to the mobile care station), and then integrated into the Electronic Health Record system. This automatic data transmission reduces the possibility of human error
